How it Works
Pickup
Club pick up is on the second Saturday of each month at Millay, 691 14th St, SF.
Members enjoy 20% off retail purchases on the second Saturday!
Can't make it on pick up day? No worries, your bottles will be available for pick up during the rest of the month. Please note, as Millay is a small space, any club packages not picked up within 90 days of billing will be considered forfeited and will not be refundable. If you won't be available for pickup, you'll always be able to skip ahead of each billing.**
If they are not picked up by the end of the month, we may not be able to guarantee that you'll get the same bottles as described in the club notes.
Delivery
Delivery is available throughout the Bay Area. Delivery fees vary based on region, starting at $10. See our delivery range here.
Club deliveries take place on the Tuesday immediately following (i.e. three days after) the second Saturday of each month. Deliveries will be made between 1:30-6:30 pm. You will receive a text message from the courier with a detailed ETA on the day-of delivery, as well as text confirmations when they arrive.
Please note, California state law requires deliveries that contain alcohol to be hand-delivered in-person to someone over the age of 21 with valid photo ID. If no one is available to receive the delivery in person, your order will be returned to Millay and can be picked up during the rest of the month.
Managing Your Subscription
Need to skip a month? No problem – simply log in to your Member Portal to skip. The last day to skip is the first Saturday of the month.
You can also cancel your subscription at any time through the Member Portal.
